Josefina received her law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in 2024.

She is an assistant professor of Public Law and Procedural Law courses at the same University. She has focused her studies on Administrative Law, which has been reflected in the recent publication of her undergraduate thesis, entitled “The procedural deviation in the environmental administrative process: an analysis under the constitutional requirement of the Right to Effective Judicial Protection”.
