Sebastián Riestra

Director

Sebastián has focused his practice in Administrative Law and Environmental Law, with extensive experience in sectorial regulation, contentious administrative proceedings and public litigation.

Prior to his incorporation to MSyA, he held the position of Head of the Sanction and Enforcement Division of the Environmental Superintendence, and before that he worked as a lawyer in the Prosecution Division of the same institution. He was also part of the Litigation Unit of the Legal Division of the Environmental Assessment Service.
