Benjamín is Director of MSyA Attorneys and has more than 15 years of experience in environmental and regulatory law, with a solid background in sanctioning law and environmental assessment of projects.

Between 2023 and 2025, he worked at the Environmental Assessment Service, first as Head of the Complaint Appeals Department and later, as Head of the Litigation and Invalidations Department. Previously, between 2014 and 2023, he worked at the Superintendency of the Environment, where he was an instructor, Head of the Judicial Section and Head of the Legal Department, participating in emblematic cases for the institution. Between 2008 and 2012, he was a lawyer at Bofill Mir Abogados and Vergara Galindo y Correa Abogados, where he gained experience in criminal and environmental litigation.
