Catalina is a senior associate at MSyA Abogados specializing in Environmental Law, Administrative Law, Cultural Heritage and Land Management, which highlights her multidisciplinary approach in case management and strategic legal advice. Her professional practice focuses on administrative sanctioning procedures, environmental assessment of projects, and compliance advice in different cases.

Prior to joining MSyA, she worked as a prosecutor instructor and coordinator in the Sanction and Compliance Division of the Environmental Superintendence. Previously, she was an associate at Vergara Galindo Correa Abogados in the compliance area, and a research assistant at the Environmental Law Center of the Law School of the University of Chile.
