José Miguel is an associate of MSyA Abogados and focuses his practice on environmental and administrative law, specializing in sanitary, energy, urban planning, conservation and biodiversity permits.

He previously worked as an associate lawyer at Estudio Guzmán y Cía, where he advised and constituted water users’ organizations and handled administrative proceedings before the General Water Authority, specifically in sanctioning processes, constitution of use rights, expiration of patents and administrative appeals in general. Additionally, he has been involved in judicial legality claims and cassation appeals in the same matters. José Miguel also has experience in handling jurisprudence databases of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court, and knowledge in procedural matters, where he has been an assistant in undergraduate courses.
