José Miguel is a senir associate at MSyA focusing his practice on Environmental Law. He has experience in litigation and administrative processes as well as in all types of proceedings before the Ministry of Environment, the Environmental Assessment Agency and the Environmental Superintendence.
Previously, he was an attorney in the Department of Litigation and Administrative Appeals of the Executive Directorate of the Environmental Evaluation Service.
