Luis Prieto

Partner

Luis is partner at MSyA Attorneys focusing his practice in Urban, Public and Environmental Law, specializing in advising on territorial compatibility and planning instruments, and in obtaining sectorial, building and construction permits for industrial and real estate development projects.

Previously, he worked for more than 8 years in the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, where he was a reporting attorney of the Regional Comptroller of Valparaíso, legal advisor of the Administrative Audit Division of the General Comptroller, and Head of the Legal Unit of the Regional Comptroller of Antofagasta, where he also served as Deputy Regional Comptroller.
