Teresita has focused her practice on public and regulatory law, in the environmental, cultural and heritage sectors. She has a recognized track record in the analysis of complex projects that must be submitted to the Environmental Impact Assessment System, and in environmental regulation and policy, which highlights her comprehensive approach to advise on regulatory compliance of the projects she advises.
Previously, she has worked in the Legal Department of the Superintendence of the Environment, the Environmental Evaluation Service and the Ministry of Environment, so she has extensive knowledge of environmental institutions and the various instruments of environmental management.
