Manuel Sepúlveda

Senior Associate

Manuel is a senior associate at MSyA Abogados specializing in environmental and regulatory law, with extensive experience in administrative enforcement proceedings, environmental project assessments, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining MSyA, he worked as an attorney at the Superintendency of the Environment, where, among other duties, he served as coordinator of the Section for the Investigation of RCA and Evasion Proceedings within the Superintendency’s Sanctions and Compliance Division. In that role, he participated in the strategy and review of the various administrative acts of the sanctioning procedure. Previously, he worked as a lawyer in the private sector, where he advised companies on audit and enforcement proceedings before the SMA, environmental impact assessments of projects before the Environmental Assessment Service, and the development of environmental compliance strategies.
